Information to have available
The following list is indicative. The documents actually required may vary depending on the specific case and the competent authority's instructions.
- Owner details
- Personal details, contact information and current address of the person making the request.
- Dog details
- Name, identification details and microchip number when available.
- Health documentation
- Health booklet showing a valid rabies vaccination, when required: a clear photo of the relevant page is sufficient.
- Authorisation and identity document
- The authorisation can be signed from your phone after payment; a photo of the owner's identity document is also required when requested.
No document is assumed to be required in every case.
If additional information is needed during review, you will be told exactly what to provide before proceeding.
