Confirm the service
Choose the service and review the summary. Payment comes only after you have entered the details. Confirmation includes your application number and private link.
Complete the documents
Send the requested documents and authorisation through your private page. Our office checks the application for completeness and lets you know if anything else is needed.
We handle the application
Our office follows the request with the competent veterinary authority. The authority remains responsible for issuing the passport under the applicable procedure.
Receive the passport
Once the process is complete, the physical passport is shipped to the address provided. Available updates can be checked on your private page.
What to prepare
Have the owner’s information, dog identification details and available documents ready. Any specific requirements are shown in your application.
The owner
The dog owner’s personal details, Italian tax code and residential address.
Dog and microchip
The microchip code shown in the health booklet and date of birth. The dog’s name is optional when completing the form.
Health records
A clear photo of the dog’s health booklet, including the rabies vaccination page where present. Your application lists any other documents required.
Address and contact details
An active email address, a phone number and the passport delivery details.
You do not need to prepare everything before starting. Any missing documents are listed on your private application page.
Who does what
