Choose the service and review the summary. Payment comes only after you have entered the details. Confirmation includes your application number and private link.
Send the requested documents and authorisation through your private page. Our office checks the application for completeness and lets you know if anything else is needed.
Our office follows the request with the competent veterinary authority. The authority remains responsible for issuing the passport under the applicable procedure.
Once the process is complete, the physical passport is shipped to the address provided. Available updates can be checked on your private page.

The microchip code shown in the health booklet and date of birth. The dog’s name is optional when completing the form.
